The AbThera Advance Dressing features a perforated foam that collapses medially helping facilitate primary fascial closure by providing medial tension on the wound edges when negative pressure is applied.

The AbThera Advance Dressing Kit consists of 1 fenestrated visceral protective layer, 2 pieces of 3M™ AbThera™ Advance perforated foam, 1 SensaT.R.A.C. tube set, and 4 pieces of 3M™ V.A.C.® drape.
